Queer Connected was born from a simple but powerful belief, that no queer person should have to feel alone. Our mission is to bring the queer community together in one place, making it easier to find your people, discover events, and build the connections that so many of us are still searching for. Starting with the Lesbian and Non-Binary community and then reaching out to the whole Queer Community. Growing up non-binary in a heteronormative environment, our founder Pippa spent years feeling isolated and uncertain about their identity, not finding their queer community until their mid-twenties. It was those friendships that changed everything, giving them the confidence to express themselves fully and ultimately the courage to appear on BBC Three's I Kissed A Girl. That experience showed them first-hand just how transformative queer connections can be, and how many people are still waiting for it. Right now the queer community is scattered across social media, fragmented and hard to find - especially in a climate where coming together has never felt more important. Queer Connected is changing that. One app, one hub, built for the community - helping you find events, match with potential friends, and show up as your full self.
